Preserving tradition
Squirrel Brand preserves, jams and jellies are made by hand in very small batches, in my home kitchen, from my own original recipes. I make every single jar myself.
What makes the jams and preserves unique is the traditional, European-style process they're made by. It takes a great deal of time, and it results in a unique texture with a great depth of flavor. The jellies are also a soft texture and several are made from hand foraged berries or flower blossoms.
Every jar of Squirrel Brand Preserved Goods will be a delicious addition to your brunch, sandwiches, cheese & charcuterie boards or gift list!
